Members below 0 DKP can not bid against a member with positive dkp, but they can win an item if no one else shows interest in the drop.

Your guild rank is determined by an average of your 30 day raid attendance + 60 day raid attendance.

Attendance is taken at the scheduled raid time sharp and after every DKP boss kill.
